We want you to ride with confidence, which is why we offer a 30-day return policy on all bikes, gear, and apparel. Items must be in their original packaging and unused condition to qualify for a full refund.
Initiate Your Request
Log into your Velobike account and select the order you wish to return to generate a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
Pack Your Gear
Safely place the items in their original packaging, ensuring all tags are attached and any tools or manuals are included.
Attach Shipping Label
Print the prepaid shipping label provided in your confirmation email and securely affix it to the outside of your package.
Drop Off and Refund
Drop the package at any authorized courier location; once our mechanics inspect the return, your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days.
